Artisan Process 

Each piece is handcrafted in our Nordic atelier with care and precision. Please allow an estimated 3–5 weeks from placing your order to delivery, so our artisans can perfect every detail at an unhurried pace.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days. If your piece arrives in less than perfect condition, we will cover the return shipping. 

Pieces made for you

Jewelry cast to order and pieces made to order or made to measure are created for one person and cannot be resold, so they are not accepted for return. If one arrives damaged, write to atelier@surrealium.world with photographs and we will take it back.
